FIRST DAY – 22/04/2024 MONDAY

09:15 - 10.00 Welcoming - official welcome by Anna Krótki, ZSGH Headteacher, introducing of Zespół Szkół Gastronomiczno – Hotelarskich in Gdańsk;

10:05– 10.50  project’s activities: a presentation on Zespół Szkół Gastronomiczno – Hotelarskich in Gdańsk (class OBSŁUGA KONSUMENTA 3rd floor)

10.50 – 11.10 Coffee break

11.15 – time of leaving school (meeting point: class OBSŁUGA KONSUMENTA 3rd floor):

  • Sightseeing of the shipyard

13:00 (optional) lunch at Shipyard Montownia (food hall) focusing on traditional Polish cuisine sharing a moment of multicultural exchange among peers

13:00 – 17:00

  • Project activity: outdoor game: Gdańsk – Town of Memory and Freedom (04/11/2004): a demonstration of the possibilities of ICT application as a useful tool for sightseeing the city
  • AmberSky Big Weel (Koło Widokowe - Gdansk Eye: enjoying the city with the bird’s view) (optional)
  • Amber Muzeum free admission to Amber Museum (free Mondays)

SECOND DAY - 23/04/2024 TUESDAY

ZSGH students: 3 m (Edyta Glac, Elżbieta Wesołowska, Maksymilian Wenta, Krzysztof Masłowski, Lena Jażdżewska, Piotr Krymkowski)

9:15 – Project activities:

  • Students are working on tourist and gastronomic dictionary (IT lab class 208 a, b 2 nd floor)
  • 10.15 – 10:30 Coffee break: (class 221 opposite class 208)
  • 10: 30 – 11:30 Kashubian Embriodery (written on the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage)

  • 12:00 –lunch: devolay (rolled chicken breast) with French fries and 2 salads + cold drink
  • 12:45  A trip to Gdynia Orłowo

A walk along the beach – two piers of the Tricity:

1.) Gdynia Orłowo pier  2.) Sopot pier (the entrance on the pier is optional)

To discuss!!Sopot pier admission: students; 1,5 EUR/per person;  teachers: 2,5 EUR/per person

 

THIRD DAY – 24/04/2024 WEDNESDAY

09:00 – a meeting point: ZSGH (the entrance) – there will be a coach waiting at a school car park

▪️  project’s activities: UNESCO SITE: The Castle of the Teutonic Order in Malbork

Teachers:  Elwira Wiśniewska, Krzysztofa Perzyńska -  teachers taking care of the group

ZSGH students 3 m: Ania Zarembska, Aniela Gruchot, Kornelia Kucyk, Magdalena Bławat, Mubina Saiibzahanova, Krzysztof Masłowski, Edyta Glac, Elżbieta Wesołowska

Price negotiated - admission to The Castle of the Teutonic Order: 4,5 EUR/per student,

 teachers 11 EUR

18:00 A walk along the third pier in Gdańsk Brzeźno  (with a teacher: Aleksandra Trukawka-Rogiecka) Admiring the sunset at the beach (A meeting point to disscuss)

 

FOURTH DAY – 25/04/2024 THURSDAY

  • 09:15 -10.50  project’s activities: Baltic sea fish and e- book Baltic Sea recipes
  • 10.50 – 11.10 Coffee break
  • 11.15 – 13.00 project’s activities in a gastronomy lab: Baltic Sea fish dishes (Lab nr 1, 3rd floor )
  • 13:00 – 14.00  lunch at ZSGH: dishes prepared by the students

  • 14:15 leaving school (we are moving to the center of Gdańsk)

15:00 a cruise by Black Pearl pirate ship for a memorable cruise to the historic Westerplatte  peninsula where War World II began To discuss !!!Cost: 12,5 EUR/per person, 2 teachers free per whole group. Another option to discuss

26/04/2024 FRIDAY     The end of the mobility in Gdańsk

Cost for the partners from Czech Republic and Slovakia:

  1. Lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  2. admission to The Castle of the Teutonic Order: 4,5 EUR/per student, teachers 11 EUR

 OPTIONAL:

1. the bird’s view on the city AmberSky Big Weel: about 7 EUR/per person (32 PLN), 2 teachers for the group of 17 students - free admission,

2. Sopot pier admission: students; 1,5 EUR/per person;  teachers: 2,5 EUR/per person

3. a cruise by Black Pearl pirate ship : 12,5 EUR/per person, 2 teachers free per the whole group.
